Uh oh… I’ve been discovered by a much more popular weblog! I’ve known about Tim Jarrett’s Jarrett House North site for quite a while, but I only passingly wondered if there were any family connections between us.
I guess we should now start asking the questions, eh?
Tim, my dad is Robert Jarrett in Bradford, PA, son of Harry and Mary Jarrett, also of PA and Key Largo, FL. The clan hails from many parts, but for the last few decades in Lancaster County, PA (outside Philly) and Renova and Bradford, PA (northwestern oil country).
Any crossover that you know of?
Not that I know of. If you know who Harry’s father was, that would help. Ironically, my mother hails from Lancaster County, though of course she isn’t on the Jarrett side. I know you’ve seen the genealogy, so I guess we’ll just keep looking.
