Monday and Tuesday, we had our Cleveland house packed and loaded on a truck. We drove back yesterday (Wednesday). The truck was supposed to arrive at our new house today, but had a fuel leak and needed to be repaired.
We took the time to prep the house and clean the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. The house wasn’t a wreck, but it always feels better when it’s your own dirt.
The truck is now supposed to arrive first thing tomorrow. Brady is coming up to help us unpack. We are thrilled to get our of this temporary apartment and into our own new home.
There is SO much to do at the new house. But we have a decade or so to do it. We need to prioritize and take it slow. We certainly don’t have the patience, will, and desire to work as hard as they do on House In Progress.
