The next selection is Leinenkugel’s Berry Weiss. This is the most soda-like beer I’ve had since Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. This one is blackberry flavored instead. You can hardly tell you are drinking a beer. It’s a rather thin blackberry soda, not quite as sweet as a real soda would be… but it sure doesn’t taste like beer! Way too easy to drink, I’d say. Keep it away from the kids! As a beer, a C-. As a soda, a C+.
