We’re home safe, well-rested, the girls are with us, and we’re having fun. I took an extra day of vacation, remembering that Teresa slept for 15 hours straight when she came back last time. But I work up this morning at a normal time, and I’ve felt good all day. Maybe it will catch up with me in the next couple of days, but I’m feeling relatively normal!
The girls are settling in, and they got to feel snow for the first time this morning. Just for them, we’ve had light flurries today. They can’t believe how cold it is – or that this is really quite warm for January in Cleveland (35 degrees F today).
The only bummer about being home is that I have to go to work tomorrow. Harumph. Teresa went today. Ah well, I guess I have to pay for trips like this somehow!
